Chief of Staff - Product, Engineering & Design

About the Team
We’re looking for a strategic Chief of Staff (CoS) to work closely with our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) leadership team to drive our product and technology strategy forward.
This role can be based in Amsterdam (preferred), Berlin or London.
About the Role
This critical role combines strategic leadership and operational excellence, and serves as an extension to the CPTO to ensure a collective focus on delivering impactful products to our 90m users. The CoS will proactively drive initiatives, support decision-making, and lead key projects for the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Strategic Advisor:
- Work directly with the CPTO to ensure focus on the most critical priorities, helping to make data-driven decisions that drive the organisation forward.
- Represent the CPTO in key meetings, ensuring that decisions and actions are aligned with the overall strategy.
- Serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, connecting complex initiatives within the EPD organisation as well as interfaces with Marketing and Go To Market teams.
- Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall business strategy.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure clarity of vision, priorities, and execution.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Executive Assistants, Finance, etc. to help drive org health and efficiency for CPTO
- Execution and Accountability:
- Maintain the overall “OS” for the EPD org and ensure frameworks and processes are consistent to ensure ease of communication, alignment and impact
- Ensure that key projects are delivered on time and within scope, partnering with relevant teams to set expectations and track progress.
- Be a constant source of support for the CPTO and product and technology leadership in ensuring that strategic initiatives stay on track.
What you’ll need
- Proven track record of supporting senior leadership teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to prioritise initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Previous experience in product, technology, or operational leadership roles, or demonstrated aptitude for navigating these domains.
- Ability to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and lead initiatives to successful outcomes.
